The Balloon Factory make every effort to ensure your order is prepared and delivered to you correctly. Please check that the the items are correct upon receiving your order. However, in the unlikely event that a mistake has been made, do contact us upon receiving your order.
As such, we do not offer a refund EXCEPT for the following scenarios:
- Undelivered Item: Due to any unfortunate event (such as breakdown of vehicle or serious accident case), we will first try to arrange another delivery quickly, or offer a full refund of the items ordered.
- Incorrect item: If there’s an incorrect item (such as wrong colour or wrong design delivered), we will first try to replace it with the correct items upon delivery. If the correct items are not available on the spot, we will then replace it with another available item, or offer a FULL REFUND of the incorrect item.
